Health Pathway Coaching (HPC) addresses barriers AIAN students often face when navigating traditional western academic settings by providing culturally tailored support through email and text message based mentorship. HPC aims to build the confidence, identity, and efficacy needed to continue the journey of becoming an AIAN health professional.

HPC is a conversation between you and a mentor about your questions and concerns around your personal pursuit of medical school and beyond. Through relationship building founded on respect, reciprocity, and responsibility, a health pathway coach serves as a connector for students; connecting them with resources, opportunities, and AIAN health professionals in real-time.
